Mumbai April 2017 : Punit Balana, a label with a huge retail success in a very short time, launches his Spring-Summer collection, ‘SYAHI DARPAN’ in Mumbai.

The collection is all about hand block-printed line and is created with the earliest, simplest and slowest of all methods of textile printing, yielding highly artistic results, some of which are unobtainable by any other method.

Just like the name suggests, this collection is truly inspired by the rich culture and heritage of Rajasthan. Each color pattern is stamped individually onto the fabric; a process that takes skill and time, as it requires stamping the pattern repeatedly across the fabric, colour by colour.

The collection is overall a reflection of the treasure of Amer Fort, Rajasthan, with SHEESH MAHAL, a part of the fort, being his biggest inspiration. The royalty of Rajasthan is very finely executed in his collection.

This collection is pocket friendly and the price ranges from 6,500 to 25,000.
